At the "Book Online" page of this website or by contacting me directly. You will receive a bookin link
Payment is due in full prior to the scheduled appointment date. A 50% deposit might be required. We kindly request that you complete the payment before your appointment to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.
- Website: Pay securely on our website.
- Apps: Use Cash App , Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.
Final products are shared digitally on a high-quality downloadable link sent to the customer's email or phone number.
Print are requested online on the delivery application "Pixieset".
Cancellation is allowed 7 days before the shoot in which you will be forgiven of the remaining amount of the session. The deposit is non-refundable
For photography, final edits are provided within 4-7 business days from when the photo selection is complete. Other services may vary. Customer will be notified of delivery date during appointment.
Please do not contact me before the stated period unless expedited service was requested and paid for.
All images will be edited based on skin retouching, exposure, brightness, vibrancy, etc.
My judgment regarding these corrections shall be deemed correct.
I prioritize your satisfaction above all else. If you ever need adjustments to your product, you have up to 7 days after receiving it to make a request. Don't just take our word for it – read what our customers have to say in the testimonials above!
If you are running late, please reach out to Rasta as soon as possible.
I respect the time of every person that we work with. We ask that my clients do the same.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without calling, you will forfeit your deposit fee and I reserve the right to cancel the session.
In circumstances such as illness or accidents etc. Please inform us soon as possible so accommodations will be made.
You can submit a rescheduling request up to 7 days before your scheduled shoot. Rescheduling requests submitted within 7 days of shoot might result in fee.
